About me
Hi, I'm Sarah.
Based in Bristol, I am a qualified and experienced nutritional therapist.
My skills, knowledge and passion come together to truly help you to live your life better, healthier and happier.
An early career in marketing meant fast-paced, long and highly demanding hours. I was burning the candle at both ends, paying little attention to what was going on with my body.
I was running on cortisol and heading towards burnout.
Little did I know that my choices were causing numerous health issues: poor digestion, poor sleep, fluctuations in weight, imbalanced hormones and sub-optimal mental and physical performance.
My story
A move to Bristol and a change in career allowed me to take stock.
I adopted a few simple lifestyle changes. In just a few months, my physiology changed dramatically.
I lost weight, had more energy and focus, and felt brighter and more alive.
I was able to create space for myself, listen to my body and connect with what I needed to continue feeling so good.
Shifting reactive behaviours to proactive ones was key. This meant regular eating, balanced meals, a better sleep routine, improved hydration, daily movement and boundaries around work.
Taking stock
Changing my food was the first step I took on my journey of self-discovery.
Realising the power of food, in 2016 I enrolled to study nutritional therapy to understand nutrition and habits affect health and performance.
I can honestly say I have never felt this great. And now I know what great feels like, I can’t wait to share this knowledge with you.

Modern life means we often prioritise external pressures above our own needs.
This is where I come in.
By first clarifying what you need and then supporting you in creating the right behaviours and boundaries, I can help you take control of your lifestyle to modify your body and mind. Once you find your balance, you’ll feel more alive and able to fulfill your potential.

Do Be Myself

“I suffered from chronic constipation from childhood and have tried many things with no success. Through a series of steps, I can honestly say that I have started to experience near-normal bowel movements. Something I cannot remember happening before.
Sarah goes above and beyond. I can not recommend Sarah highly enough.”

"Sarah‘s approach is nurturing, truly holistic, and scientifically knowledgeable, and she brings great passion to her work.
I am losing weight slowly and consistently, have more energy, better focus and calmer emotions.
And thanks to her extensive blood and stool analysis, have caught a metabolic health problem at an early stage; interestingly my GP had done bloods the same week and had not caught this as they were just a basic set."
