The Process
Your Transformation Journey

Consultation
The initial consultation is to gather information and discuss your goals. I conduct an in-depth investigation into your health, family history, current symptoms, nutrition, sleep, stress and life load.
We perform functional testing assessments to identify clinical imbalances. After the consultation, you will receive initial nutrition and lifestyle recommendations to get you started.

Results & Targeted Plan
With the information gathered and test results in, I spend time developing a targeted health plan, considering the latest scientific data.
At our first follow-up consultation, I share my findings and the test results.
Together, we refine your health plan based on what you feel comfortable implementing, realistically taking your life load in to account.

Follow Up Coaching Sessions
We meet bi-monthly to track your progress, identify what is working, address any challenges you are facing and we adapt the plan accordingly - always with the aim of improving your health and meeting your goals.
We work together for as little or as long as you need. I provide tools and supporting information along the way.
