I gather together a clear understanding of your lifestyle and health, including your life load, underlying stress, sleep, mindset and nutritional status.

Knowing yourself and making the best of yourself is not about perfection; it’s about finding balance. I can help you do that. I monitor progress all the way and provide support throughout. Once you find your balance, you have the potential to achieve so much more in every aspect of your life.

Targeted nutrition, the process:

Step 1

Initial Consultation

The initial consultation is to gather information and discuss your goals. I conduct an in-depth investigation into your health, family history, current symptoms, nutrition, sleep, stress and life load.

We may perform functional testing assessments to identify clinical imbalances. After the consultation , you will receive initial nutrition and lifestyle recommendations to get you started.

Step 2

Results & Targeted Plan

With the information gathered and test results in, I spent time developing a targeted health plan, considering the latest scientific data.

At our first follow-up consultation, I share my findings and the test results. Together, we refine your health plan based on what you feel comfortably to implementing, realistically taking your life load in to account.

Step 3

Build a Better You

We meet every 3 to 4 weeks to track your progress, identify what is working, address any challenges you are facing and we adapt the plan accordingly - always with the aim of improving your health and meet your goals.

We work together for as little or as long as you need. I provide tools and supporting information along the way.

Brozen Package

A package designed to help you meet your health goals and identify underlying imbalances to determine a targeted plan. An 8-week package to get you going and to feel comfortable with a nutrition plan that works well over time.

  • 1 x Initial consultation 60 mins via zoom (or face to face)

  • 2 x 45 follow-up consultations

  • A total of 6 clinical hours

  • Targeted nutrition, lifestyle and supplementation plan

  • Functional testing to identify imbalances (lab fees not included)

  • Review and analysis of test results (including previous recent tests)

  • Access to CGM (continuous glucose monitor) for two weeks

  • Bespoke recipes and meal plans

  • Tracking and accountability

  • Access to private client portal

  • Private messaging support between consultations (replies within 24 hours)


Silver Package

A package designed to help you meet your health goals and provide on-going support with regular check-in calls to monitor progress and adapt your plan over 3 month.

  • 1 x Initial consultation 60 mins via zoom (or face to face)

  • 4 x 45 min follow-up consultations

  • Total of 10 clinical hours

  • Targeted nutrition, lifestyle and supplementation plan

  • Functional testing to identify imbalances (lab fees not included)

  • Review and analysis of test results (including previous recent testing)

  • Access to CGM (continuous glucose monitor) for two weeks

  • Access to private client portal

  • Private messaging support between consultations (replies within 24 hours)

Gold Package

A package designed to support health concerns and embed consistent nutrition and lifestyle habits. If you struggle with building and maintaining new habits this package may be for you. We will define your health goals and map out a plan over 6 months. Each month we will focus on one or two specific aims, monitor progress and build consistent new habits that you can maintain for the long term.

  • 1 x Initial consultation 60 mins via zoom (or face to face)

  • 6 x Follow up consultations 45 mins

  • A total of 14 clinical hours

  • Targeted nutrition, lifestyle and supplementation plan
