From lifespan to healthspan



Living for a long time with poor health isn't the goal, living long well to our full capacity and happy is what we are all striving for.


Ageing is associated with chronic disease, the result of accumulating damage to molecules that make up the body's cells, if enough of these cells are damaged, they function less well and tissues and organs can deteriorate and health can decline.
